Discover the latest addition to Mattituck's thriving scene with Alizé Brewing Co, a newly established local brewery and tasting room. Founded by Duffy Griffiths and Stephen Wirth, the creative minds behind Tradewinds Brewing Company in downtown Riverhead, Alizé Brewing Co has taken residence in the former East on Main restaurant at 10560 Main Road in Mattituck.

Griffiths, in collaboration with Wirth, the owner of Digger’s Ales N’ Eats in Riverhead, conceived Alizé Brewing Co to provide a unique platform for showcasing the renowned beers from Tradewinds in the heart of Mattituck. Building on their successful partnership from the founding of Crooked Ladder Brewery, and with Griffiths also owning Duffy’s Deli in Jamesport and Riverhead, the duo is committed to maintaining a tasting room atmosphere rather than being perceived as a traditional bar.

Alizé Brewing Co welcomes patrons to indulge in a diverse range of beer flights, delectable food options, and live music, creating a vibrant community space in Mattituck. The interior is thoughtfully designed, featuring private dining rooms for hosting special events and gatherings.
