Griffiths, owner of Duffy’s Deli in Jamesport and Riverhead, conceived The Clam Bar to provide a unique platform for showcasing the renowned beers from Tradewinds in the heart of Mattituck. Building on his successful partnership from the founding of Crooked Ladder Brewery, Griffiths is committed to maintaining a tasting room atmosphere rather than being perceived as a traditional bar.
